Cooper Hummel Designated For Assignment By Baltimore Orioles On June 2, 2025

Hummel's latest designation by the Orioles follows a brief stint with the team. He signed with the Orioles on May 25, 2025, but did not secure a hit in his lone game appearance.

Earlier in 2025, he was released by both the Orioles and Yankees. During spring training, he played 17 games, achieving a .316 batting average with 12 hits in 38 at-bats.
