Pittsburgh's Oneil Cruz (ankle) scratched on Friday, Jared Triolo to start at shortstop

Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Oneil Cruz (ankle) is not starting in Friday's game against the Colorado Rockies.

After Cruz was scratched on Friday night, Jared Triolo will take over at shortstop and bat eighth.

On 143 batted balls this season, Triolo has produced a .232 expected average and a 3.5% barrel rate.
