MLB Prop Bets: MLB Props for Today

Yandy Diaz to Score a Run (-125)

Mets vs. Rays, 6:41 p.m. ET

Yandy Diaz, one of baseball’s most underrated hitters, is having another superb season, and he gets to face a left-hander today.

Diaz has put up a .361 wOBA and 40.0% hard-hit rate in 2026. He’s got a .356 wOBA and 41.7% hard-hit rate against southpaws this year. He’s also been out of this world at home, posting a .425 wOBA at home, compared to a .300 wOBA on the road.

The lefty he’ll see today is Sean Manaea. The veteran is still getting it done, but he’s having a tough time against right-handed hitters, giving up a .364 wOBA and 45.6% fly-ball rate in the split. He’s also been tagged for 14 earned runs over his last three starts (18 IP).

Once Manaea exits, Diaz will take his hacks against a New York Mets bullpen that ranks eighth-worst in reliever xFIP over the previous 30 days (4.45).

Hitting atop the Tampa Bay Rays‘ lineup, Diaz can score a run tonight.

Grayson Rodriguez Over 15.5 Outs Recorded (-132)

Yankees vs. Angels, 9:39 p.m. ET

I’ve written up Grayson Rodriguez a couple times over the last few weeks because I think the market has been a little slow to recognize how well he’s pitching.

I’m going back to Rodriguez today, this time in the outs recorded market versus the New York Yankees.

Over his last six outings, Rodriguez has pitched to a 3.03 ERA and 3.21 expected ERA, generating a 25.7% K rate and 10.9% swinging-strike rate in that span. Everything looks legit, and he can take advantage of a Yankees offense that is 28th in wOBA in the second half (.294).

The big hurdle is going to be pitch count as the Los Angeles Angels — with nothing to play for — have been understandably cautious with Rodriguez, but he’s averaging 93.2 pitches per start over the aforementioned six-outing span, which isn’t too bad. He’s gone over 15.5 outs in three of his past five appearances.

Ivan Herrera to Record 2+ H/R/RBI (-110)

Cardinals at Dodgers, 10:11 p.m. ET

Lefty Eric Lauer will be on the bump for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and that puts me on Ivan Herrera in the hits/runs/RBI market.

Lauer is struggling to miss bats, posting a 15.4% strikeout rate since coming to the Dodgers. Right-handed hitters have amassed 1.98 homers per nine and a 51.0% fly-ball rate against Lauer this campaign.

Herrera is good with the platoon advantage, producing a .350 wOBA versus LHPs. He’s also more productive on the road (.340 wOBA) than at home (.319 wOBA).

Likely to hit second, Herrera is in a good spot in the lineup for RBI and run-scoring chances, and I like him to notch two-plus H/R/RBI on Tuesday.

Walks, hit-by-pitches, and stolen bases do not count. A typical total bases line is set at 1.5 or 2.5. Betting over 1.5 means you need at least a double, or two singles.
