COUSINS DAY (10) did little and finished 8 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1 ¼m at Warrnambool last start but will find this easier and will appreciate firmer footing that he's struck at his past few. TRIORA (11) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 8 lengths away in sixth over 1 ?m at Sandown-Lakeside after being prominent at the bend. Now with Taige Weir, who's horses have to be respected in whatever races they contest. KHANT BEE (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 10 lengths when 13th in a 1 7/16m contest at Warrnambool last week. Will Gordon goes aboard. Won't find this as tough so he can find the winners' list. GRIPPING (2) was super at his first run for the stable and has the advantage of Pateman aboard. HOODYS HORSE (3) performed above expectations when resuming last time over 7 ½f at Ballarat, finishing a nose second at huge odds and draws to get a great run.
