Verdict

LUCKY SINGLE (9) has an ugly gate to contend with, but she sat wide throughout to win her most recent trial, at Caulfield, seemingly with a bit in hand. Showed a good turn of foot to win a Cranbourne jumpout before that, so she looks primed to go for the debut. RUDOLFINA (14) is one of a few 2YOs taking on the older horses and connections thought enough of her to test her at Listed level last start. She's much better suited back to this grade and draws beautifully. FIERCE DREAMS (8) has been knocking on the door this prep and while she meets some handy ones here, she does have the advantage of race fitness on a few of the dangers. DEL LIRENZA (13) is another 2YO who warrants respect being from the McEvoy yard and the jumpouts suggest she's capable of playing a role. YOU'REMYWONDERWALL (6) is on debut, so will be better for the outing, but has impressed at the jumpouts and draws to play a key role.
