SPIRIT OF SAHARA (9) has not raced for three-and-a-half months after racing consistently last campaign but looks forward enough for the return after minor placings in two recent trials. Can travel in a nice spot from this draw and wait on the sprint lane if necessary. Could make a winning return. FE FE ON FIRE (1) won at this venue two starts ago before another good effort for fourth at her latest appearance. Both of those were from wider barriers so she looks well served by the inside draw. MOP (7) draws deep but comes right into contention after continuing her good form by scoring last week by 1.5 metres at this venue and distance. MARIANNA BROMAC (3) must be considered after placing from wider barriers in her last two outings here.
