TWICE AZ COOL (2) raced midfield and kept finding to be beaten less than two lengths in a $50k maiden over 6 ½f at Scone last start. Very fit after three runs back from a spell and in this easier maiden he is the key runner. SUTTON STORM (1) overcame a slow start to rally late and be beaten just 1.6 lengths on debut last time out over 5f at Dubbo. Far better placed out to this trip. Awkwardly drawn with a 9lbs claimer aboard but with some natural improvement he is a serious contender. ARTIE'S MAGIC (6) raced wide without cover and found nothing in the run home last start over 6 ½f at Taree. Draws a better gate today and can bounce back to form without surprising. ALL TOO SHEIK (5) did his best work late to finish runner-up when second-up from a spell over 6f at Quirindi recently. Going well this prep and another top three finish is on the cards. NORTHERN EAGLE (10) did a fair job when resuming at Tamworth last time and will appreciate a bit more ground.
