WHAT A SCANDAL (2) raced near the speed and was too strong late over this distance at Tamworth last start, chalking up her first win at start three. Very little depth to the exposed form here so she looks a terrific chance to go back-to-back. MISS ANDREAS (9) was backed from $5.50 into $4.40 on debut recently over this distance at Muswellbrook but after showing pace to the corner could not go on with it. Will take a lot from that experience and should show more resilience this afternoon. SPARROW (10) ran a better race last time out when appearing for the second time, making a little late ground to finish fourth over today's journey at Muswellbrook. In the mix if she can make further progress. TIGELLA (5) has gone well in weaker races at her last couple. Harder this time but not out of top four discussions. The Archibald-trained KARAVICE (3) placed in a recent trial and is worth monitoring for market support on debut.
