Starting at 1:05 p.m. ET, we have 10 races Wednesday at Saratoga. Using
numberFire’s projections as a guide, here are some of the best bets to make at FanDuel Racing.

As always, check the program at "The Spa" for scratches and changes, and monitor the weather and track conditions.

(I will reference Equibase's Speed Figure in selected races, which tells you how fast a horse has been running in each of its races -- adjusted for track, distances, and conditions).

According to numberFire Racing's projections, these are the best bets to make at FanDuel Racing today.

1. Zainalarab and Baby Blythe, Race 4

FanDuel Racing Odds: 5/2 and 5/2

Race 4 is an Allowance race for fillies and mares going 1-mile on the inner turf. Leading trainer Chad Brown has a pair of favorites Nevisian Sunrise (2/1) and Zainalarab (5/2), who has some of the best turf speed figures. Those two finished fourth and third in the same race last month. Expected to challenge is Scottish Star (5/2) for trainer Todd Pletcher, who tries turf for the first time.

Baby Blythe (5/1) could be effective cutting back in distance at this level.

2. Take Charge Lisa and Sals Dream Girl, Race 6

FanDuel Racing Odds: 15/1 and 2/1

Race 6 is a Maiden Claimer for NY-bred fillies and mares going 1-mile on the inner turf. Sals Dream Girl (2/1) is the horse to beat and top pick of numberFire as she drops into a claiming tag for the first time with Flavien Prat riding.

Take Charge Lisa (15/1) is an intriguing longshot who is not running for the $40,000 claiming tag. She gets first time Lasix and looks like she will take to the turf.

3. Battle of Normandy and Determinedly, Race 9

FanDuel Racing Odds: 2/1 and 6/1

Race 9 is the $175,000 With Anticipation Stakes for 2-year-olds going 1 1/16 miles on the inner turf. A competitive and diverse group of babies. Battle of Normandy (2/1) is the favorite off a debut win. He was a high-priced yearling who is training well into this race. Andthewinneris (5/1) also offers some appeal in exacta and trifecta wagering off his impressive maiden-breaking score in April and can go well adding distance.

Determinedly (6/1) could draw into the race from the Also Eligible list and is one to include as the lone maiden with talent. He closed from off the pace to finish second a month ago and trainer Mark Casse is more encouraged by him than stablemate Boppy O (8/1).
