Updated (Thursday, Nov. 12, 2 p.m. EST): Miles Sanders practiced again on Thursday, which puts him firmly on track to play in Week 10. Assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks from now until kickoff, Sanders should be viewed as an RB1 on Sunday.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders looks to be trending toward a return in Week 10. This would be the first time he's seen the field since he suffered that lingering knee issue back in Week 6.

Assuming Sanders remains on track for Sunday, he should instantly find himself back in the RB1 conversation.

Miles Sanders Fantasy Outlook

Sanders' Eagles will take on the New York Giants in Week 10. While the Giants aren't exactly the bottom-five defense they have been in recent years, this is still a pretty soft matchup. New York ranks No. 22 overall in Football Outsiders' DVOA metrics.

The Eagles' star running back was averaging 21.3 opportunities (15.5 carries plus 5.8 targets) per game over his four full, healthy games before going down. Likely to see a sizable workload against a beatable defense, Sanders should be a great fantasy asset in Week 10.

Just be sure to continue monitoring his practice status throughout the week.
