Dallas Cowboys rookie Micah Parsons is every bit of the menace experts predicted he would be in the NFL. Parsons has already set the Cowboys' rookie sack record in just 11 games, and he'll be in opposing quarterbacks' nightmares for years to come.

Putting pressure on the QB comes with penalty risks, though, which Parsons has made known that he's not fond of.

Parsons was upset with officials after Thursday's loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. The refs made several questionable calls all night, including a roughing the passer flag on Parsons for a mild collision with Derek Carr. Parsons let the refs know after the game how he felt about their performance.

"We should be playing football, not tag. When are you going to let us truly play?"

Flags were an issue all night during this Thanksgiving clash. Twenty-eight penalties were called during Cowboys-Raiders, and several calls helped prolong drives that ended in scores.

Parsons will have to put this game behind him as he and the Cowboys look to bounce back in Week 13. The Cowboys, at 7-4, could find themselves in tricky playoff position if their two-game losing streak continues.
