Dexter Lawrence Stats
Dexter Lawrence burst onto the scene as a freshman in the 2016-17 season, tallying 63 total tackles and seven sacks. Lawrence's play even helped lead the Clemson Tigers to the National Championship that season. While Lawrence remained a valuable player, his stats took a noticeable hit in the following seasons.
Lawrence recorded only 2.5 sacks as a sophomore, and that number fell to just 1.5 sacks as a junior. At 342 pounds, the Clemson product projects as more of a specialized, run-stopping nose tackle in the NFL. Unfortunately for Lawrence, his seven-sack season as a freshman appears to be an anomaly. As a result, concerns about Lawrence's pass-rushing ability could hurt his stock in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Dexter Lawrence Draft Predictions
Los Angeles Chargers (No. 28), Los Angeles Rams (No. 31)
The Los Angeles Chargers have one of the best edge-rushing duos in the NFL between Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram, but they could use a boost on the interior. The New England Patriots exposed the Chargers' weaknesses in the running game in the 2018-19 AFC Divisional Round, as Sony Micheltallied 129 yards and three touchdowns. Drafting Lawrence could bolster the Chargers' run defense, and he could be a nice complement to Bosa and Ingram.
As for the other team based in Los Angeles, the LA Rams need a replacement for Ndamukong Suh. While Lawrence isn't the proven pass rusher at the NFL level that Suh is, Lawrence could be a nice fit along side Aaron Donald. Lawrence could soak up blocks and plug up holes in the run game, which could allow Donald to focus on rushing the passer.
