The 2021 NBA season is in full swing. Thursday's basketball action features a primetime matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies.
Here's three of the best prop bets for Lakers-Grizzlies, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
Lakers vs Grizzlies Player Props
1. Anthony Davis - Rebounds: Over 9.5 (-108)
Anthony Davis has been a good rebounder as long as he's been in the NBA, proven by his 10.2 career boards per game. That fact holds especially true as of late, with him hitting double-digit rebound totals in three of his last four games. Memphis' frontcourt will be lacking tonight with both Brandon Clarke and Kyle Anderson likely out of the lineup. Davis will still have to deal with Steven Adams and Jarren Jackson Jr., however, that's a lot more manageable. Expect the Lakers' big man to have another solid rebounding performance.
2. Russell Westbrook - Points: Over 18.5 (+100)
After a slow start to the season, Russell Westbrook has started to heat up. He's averaged 23.5 points over his last eight games, hitting the over on this prop seven times during that span. While the Grizzlies are allowing the 11th-lowest PPG to point guards (21.7), it's hard to ignore the former NBA MVP's newfound momentum. There's also the fact that he's averaged 20.9 PPG in 40 career matchups against Memphis, which further shows that he's always ready to step up when facing the Grizzlies.
3. LeBron James - Assists: Over 6.5 (-110)
There's no denying that LeBron James is one of the best playmakers of all time. With that being said, his 6.6 assists per game are his lowest average since the 2013-14 NBA season. Fortunately, he has a good shot at getting back on track against a Grizzlies team that's given up the fourth-most assists per game (25.7) this season. He is averaging 7.4 APG over his last five contests, so things appear to be improving for 'The King.' Only time will tell if he can continue that trend in Memphis tonight.
