What Time Does the 2025 Preakness Stakes Start? How to Watch

When Is the Preakness Stakes?

The 2025 Preakness Stakes will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland. It will be the second-to-last race of an all-day event that includes over a dozen races. The post time for Preakness is approximately 7:01 p.m. ET.

The Black-Eyed Susan will take place on Friday, May 16th at the same location.
