The Wild scored a 3-2 win in Game 1 in double-overtime and won the even-strength goal battle 2-0. Both of the Stars' goals in Game 1 came via power play in the second period.

In Game 2, the Stars actually kicked off scoring with a shorthanded goal by Roope Hintz and then two power-play goals by Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn, respectively.

After a tough game by Marc-Andre Fleury in net in Game 2, the Wild look to be turning back to Filip Gustavsson, who posted a superior save percentage (.931) compared to Fleury (.908) in the regular season. That carried over to the goals saved above average marks: +31.34 for Gustavsson and +4.92 for Fleury.

This one is shaping up as pretty much a coin flip, so don't look at that Game 2 result and assume the Stars will roll here.
