A season ago, Willis passed for 422 yards (105.5 per game) while completing 85.7% of his passes (30-for-35), with three touchdowns and zero interceptions. He also carried the ball 22 times for 123 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 30.8 yards per game.

In their last game, the 49ers beat the Rams 27-7. The 49ers gave up 205 passing yards with three passing touchdowns in the win.
