NFL Player Prop Bets This Week (Week 7)

Tetairoa McMillan Over 69.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Buccaneers at Panthers — 1:00 p.m. ET

Tetairoa McMillan has quickly established himself as the clear focal point of the Carolina Panthers’ passing attack, and his underlying usage supports another productive outing against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

McMillan owns a 26.4% target share this season while averaging 2.34 yards per route run across 201 routes. He's turned 48 targets into 32 receptions and 471 yards, good for 94.2 receiving yards per game.

He's cleared 69.5 yards in four of five games this season, posting 75, 101, 17, 192 and 86 receiving yards. His role has remained extremely stable, and he has drawn at least eight targets in four of those five outings.

The matchup also offers volume potential. Tampa Bay has faced 37.8 opponent pass attempts per game, one of the higher marks in the league, while Carolina has leaned toward the pass at a 62.4% context-neutral rate.

With McMillan accounting for more than a quarter of the Panthers' targets and generating strong efficiency on those opportunities, 70 receiving yards is a reachable number.

Malik Willis Over 30.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

Dolphins at Jets — 1:00 p.m. ET

Malik Willis - Rushing Yds

Malik Willis Over
Oct 25 5:01pm UTCMore odds in Sportsbook

Malik Willis' rushing ability remains one of the most reliable elements of the Miami Dolphins’ offense, making his rushing-yard prop appealing against the New York Jets.

Willis has rushed 27 times for 186 yards through five games, averaging 6.9 yards per carry. More importantly for this prop, he's already topped 30.5 rushing yards three times, recording 39 yards in Week 1, 56 in Week 3 and 74 in Week 5.

His rushing usage isn't purely dependent on designed quarterback runs, either. Willis is averaging 3.4 scrambles per game along with 1.8 designed runs, giving him multiple paths to accumulate yards when passing plays break down. He ranks among the more active rushing quarterbacks in the league in both carry share and scrambles per game.

That mobility is especially important given his struggles as a passer this season. Willis has completed just 56.2% of his passes, so Miami has every incentive to continue leaning on his legs when opportunities arise.

Tucker Kraft Over 49.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Packers at Lions — 4:25 p.m. ET

Tucker Kraft - Receiving Yds

Tucker Kraft Over
Oct 25 8:26pm UTCMore odds in Sportsbook

Tucker Kraft hasn't produced monster receiving numbers every week, but his matchup with the Detroit Lions is difficult to ignore.

Kraft has drawn a 16.7% target share this season and owns a 21% target-per-route rate. His 1.41 yards per route run isn't an elite figure, but his underlying involvement has improved recently, with at least five receptions in three straight games and seven-plus targets in three of his past four.

Detroit has been by far the NFL's most favorable matchup for tight ends. Opposing tight ends have amassed 545 receiving yards and nine touchdowns in only five games against the Lions, equating to 109.0 receiving yards per game. No other defense has surrendered more receiving yards or touchdowns to the position.

That weakness also meshes well with the Green Bay Packers‘ pass-heavy style. The Packers have thrown at one of the league's higher rates, and this game carries one of Week 7's biggest totals (52.5).
