Mariners place J.P. Crawford (oblique) on injured list Thursday

Crawford will head to the shelf after he was scratched from Wednesday's lineup due to the oblique issue. Dylan Moore will make another start at shortstop and bat sixth in Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Andrew Heaney and the Texas Rangers. Julio Rodriguez will cover leadoff duty after Josh Rojas did the job on Wednesday. The Mariners called up infielder Leo Rivas from the minors in a corresponding roster move.
