Minnesota's Royce Lewis gets Sunday afternoon off

Lewis is only recently returned from a lengthy stay on the injured list after the exciting third baseman suffered a quad injury on Opening Day. He's been mashing since returning -- he has 3 home runs and a 1.643 OPS through 13 plate appearances -- but the Twins clearly don't want to put unnecessary strain on his body as he works back up to full strength. Carlos Santana will join the lineup in his stead and is listed as the team's leadoff batter.
