Mets' Luis Torrens left off Monday lineup

Torrens went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a pair of runs scored in Sunday's series finale against the San Diego Padres. He will return to the bench for Monday's opener, while Francisco Alvarez will catch for David Peterson and bat eighth.
