Mark Canha sitting Thursday for Tigers

The Tigers will give Canha the day off after he went 0-for-15 with 5 strikeouts the last four games. Matt Vierling, Wenceel Perez, and Kerry Carpenter will cover the outfield for Detroit on Thursday. Riley Greene will handle designated hitter and leadoff duty, while Perez will be bookended by Vierling at two and Carpenter in the cleanup spot.
