Luke Raley absent Thursday for Mariners
Seattle Mariners outfielder Luke Raley is not in the lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Spencer Arrighetti and the Houston Astros.
What It Means
Raley is a mainstay for the Mariners against right-handers, but he will take a seat on Thursday afternoon. Dominic Canzone will be in left field and Mitch Haniger will handle the other corner for Seattle. Mitch Garver will serve as the designated hitter, while Cal Raleigh will start at catcher and bat cleanup.
numberFire's models project Canzone for 8.4 and Haniger for 7.7 FanDuel points on Thursday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Mariners' implied total (3.93) is No. 6 out of 16 active teams today.
