MLB Prop Bets: MLB Props for Today

George Klassen Over 15.5 Outs Recorded (+108)

Guardians vs. Angels, 9:39 p.m. ET

I think the market is a little low on George Klassen today. While I nearly wrote up the over on his K prop, I’m opting for the over on his outs prop instead.

Over his last two starts, Klassen has pieced together outings of seven and six innings, giving up two total earned runs in that time. He’s also gotten up to 87 and 88 pitches in those starts, which are his two highest MLB pitch counts of the season.

The matchup with the Cleveland Guardians is a nice one. Cleveland is 20th in wOBA over the last 30 days (.302), and they’re really hard to strike out (18.2% K rate over the last 30 days), which could end up helping us as it could lead to quicker outs.

With Klassen pitching well of late and the Guards not offering much firepower at the plate, I like the Los Angeles Angels‘ RHP to go over 15.5 outs recorded.

Ian Happ to Record 2+ Hits/Runs/RBI (-120)

Cubs vs. Diamondbacks, 9:41 p.m. ET

Arizona Diamondbacks starter Merrill Kelly is having a rough season, and I’m intrigued by these odds on Ian Happ to notch two-plus H/R/RBI.

Normally a quality pitcher, Kelly is suffering through a brutal 2026 campaign, recording a 5.27 SIERA and 14.9% K rate. He’s really struggled with left-handed hitters, permitting a .387 wOBA and 2.15 jacks per nine in the split. Over his past two starts, he’s allowed 12 earned runs and three tanks.

Happ has put up a career-best 44.4% fly-ball rate this year, and he’s in a good groove, homering twice over the last three games. He’s much, much better against righties (.359 wOBA) than lefties (.239 wOBA), too.

Lawrence Butler to Record an RBI (+160)

Twins vs. Athletics, 9:41 p.m. ET

The Minnesota Twins are sending Zebby Matthews to the mound at Sutter Health Park, and that’s probably not going to go well.

Matthews has flashed good stuff in the past. It’s not happening for him this season as he owns a 19.8% K rate and 5.02 FIP. Lefties are tattooing him for a .365 wOBA, 1.80 homers per nine and a 40.6% hard-hit rate.

Enter Lawrence Butler.

Butler loves hitting at the Athletics’ temporary home, generating a .337 wOBA and 40.0% hard-hit rate at home, compared to a 27.9% hard-hit rate and a .265 wOBA in his travels.

Butler is also raking since the break, producing a .361 wOBA in the second half, including a .434 wOBA over his last 54 plate appearances.

On a night when the A’s are -102 to go over 4.5 runs, Butler’s RBI prop catches my eye.
