MLB Prop Bets: MLB Props for Today

Jackson Chourio to Record 2+ Total Bases (-110)

Reds vs. Brewers, 7:46 p.m. ET

Jackson Chourio is in a nice matchup today against lefty Andrew Abbott, and this prop is my favorite way to back him.

Chourio has 23 homers and a .360 wOBA overall this season. He’s really tough on lefties, racking up a .382 wOBA in the split. He’s also been way more productive at home (.392 wOBA) than on the road (.328).

Abbott owns a 4.96 SIERA and 18.1% K rate. He’s striking out only 14.9% of right-handed hitters, and once he exits, he’ll turn it over to a Cincinnati Reds bullpen that is dead last in xFIP for the season.

Anthony Kay Under 3.5 Strikeouts (+126)

White Sox vs. Cardinals, 8:16 p.m. ET

This line is a low bar to clear, especially in today’s MLB, but Anthony Kay to go under 3.5 strikeouts is my favorite Kay prop of the day (sorry, had to).

Kay isn’t a swing-and-miss kind of hurler. For the year, he’s got an 18.3% strikeout rate and 4.47 SIERA. He’s notched three or four strikeouts in five of his past seven starts, so he’s usually right in this neighborhood.

The matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals is a tough one for punchouts, too, as the Red Birds have the fifth-lowest K rate this season (20.6%).

Kay has topped 90 pitches just twice across his previous seven outings, and given his numbers and the matchup, he should have a tough time recording strikeouts tonight.

Cal Raleigh to Record 2+ H/R/RBI (-155)

Mariners vs. Athletics, 9:41 p.m. ET

Cal Raleigh is having a pretty rough season, which we all know, but he’s heating up and is an appealing target in the H/R/RBI market today at hitter-friendly Sutter Health Park.

Over his last 62 plate appearances, Raleigh has put together a gaudy .521 wOBA with seven jacks.

He’s at one of baseball’s best parks for hitters today, and he’s facing Jeffrey Springs. A left-hander, Springs has a 4.84 SIERA and 18.2% K rate overall and is having a miserable time at the Athletics’ temporary home, surrendering a .392 wOBA and 2.25 homers per nine at home.

On top of that, the A’s bullpen ranks ninth-worst in reliever xFIP in 2026, so Raleigh should have good matchups all night.

What does "total bases" mean as a prop bet?

The total bases prop counts the bases a batter earns from hits in a single game:

• Single = 1 base
• Double = 2 bases
• Triple = 3 bases
• Home run = 4 bases

Walks, hit-by-pitches, and stolen bases do not count. A typical total bases line is set at 1.5 or 2.5. Betting over 1.5 means you need at least a double, or two singles.
