ZIVOU (4) showed talent in the spring when having 2 starts, and he then resumed from a short break to win as the favourite at Ruakaka just over 3 weeks ago. He has plenty of scope, and he is expected to go close to repeating the dose here. POPPY'S GIRL (3) has been close up in stronger fields in all of her 4 starts this prep, and she doesn't mind some cut in the ground. She is overdue for her next win, and she can get the job done here. FANCYPANTS (8) is proving to be very frustrating and was a sound fifth at Trentham 11 days ago. He has the pole position and is once again on his last chance with us. Each way value. WYNDSTORM (7) resumed off a brief freshen-up and was a solid fourth at Otaki 19 days ago.
