PROPRIETARY (4) is ready to win after he just missed last time, beaten a neck into third over 1 ³/16m at Tatura after being in contention all the way. Wide draw, so will need a good steer from Murtagh but is ready to land the winning blow. HASTA LA PRINCE (8) was a big improver second-up when chasing gamely into fourth at Strathalbyn. Has further improvement to come third-up and is a track and trip specialist. Gets a great chance to break a long run of outs. BADONKIDONK (3) was no match for an impressive winner last time but still did a good job to handle the rest, when finishing second at Strathalbyn over a similar trip. Drawn to get all the favours and keeps Crowther. No reason he can't play a role in the finish. CARING LASS (6) backs up quickly on the back of some disappointing efforts, despite the market support. Has been too bad to be true. Don't dismiss completely. READY BY DESIGN (2) was well below his best last time but the subsequent form from the race is strong. In the mix.
