EXALTED FIRE (1) came from well back on the corner and wasn't beaten all that far last start over 1m at Strathalbyn. Veteran who needs this sort of trip now. Faces a big drop in class today and isn't too badly in after the claim. CHARTIN (5) surrendered a good early position then just struggled last time out over 1 ?m at Morphettville. Won't find this nearly as tough and his record at this trip reads very well. Expect a far better performance. SHARMA PRINCESS (10) is working her way back into form. Made up a stack of ground at her latest run to finish second over today's trip at Penola. Big chance with a repeat of that effort. On-pacer PRICKLY POPPY (9) is next best but will be better for the run, her first in five weeks.
