DECLARED (2) just missed the bob when ducking back up the inside at Murray Bridge three weeks ago. Is in career-best touch and is perfectly drawn to get in a very similar assignment. Can go one better. ZANTHRON (4) comes through the same race, where he tired late when resuming. With that run under his belt he'll be much harder to rein in this time. HIGH ON SUGAR (6) rattled home to just miss and will drift back again from the draw, but he meets the winner 6lbs better and is certainly capable of turning the tables. ANGEL TORQUE (3) had their measure last start and is airborne, though she does concede weight. ALAA PLENTY (7) was a sharp improver here last start when sent forward. Draws well, and with little other pace engaged he can give a sight at long odds over a pet trip.

Superfecta

A wager involving choosing the first, second, third, and fourth horses in one race in the exact order. A superfecta box involves paying more to ensure they can finish in any order in the top four spots.

Claiming Race

A race in which horses are entered for a certain price, or claiming tag, which is also their sales price. An owner can claim any horse entered for the tag before the race begins, and owns them as soon as the gates open.
