Continues to savage the line and should prove tough to stop if Pannell can use the low draw to settle closer. EMPIRE RULER (4) returns after just one run in his debut campaign where he was solid without threatening. Readied with a quiet jumpout and deserves each-way consideration. EVEN IN AMERICA (7) was a solid jumpout winner in readiness and is worth keeping safe.
