CROSSOVERKID (11) narrowly on top. He's only managed the 1 win from 17 starts but looks to have come back well, just finding one better on resumption at Ballarat Synthetic over 7f. Fitter for that and the rise to a mile suits nicely given he was beaten a head over this route last time in as favourite. KIWI JENNI (10) was in the market but struggled on heavy going at Cranbourne last time out. She was a smart maiden winner this route two back and should improve. STAPHANI (8) made her local debut here first up and worked home fairly for fifth. She's expected to take a big step forward with that run under the belt. ANNOTATE (2) presents third up and ready to win from a good draw, keeping safe. FROSTRATION (13) has won three on the bounce impressively and has to be included.
