JACOBITE RISING (6) flashed home down the outside from midfield but came up a bit short at Hasting when fresh. Well back but wasn't comfortable on the better track last start. Won his only start here and can atone. PEE BEE GIRL (13) improved effort 2nd-up here last start when up to this trip and worked home well from a handy spot October 17. Won her lone 3rd-up start. BEAN A PLEASURE (5) worked up wide to stay handy in the open and fought hard for 1.7L 5th at Hastings when fresh. Sound claims if not flattened by that tough run 1st-up. ONLY THE LONELY (11) sound form early in her career and comes off a nice trial win, sprinting along the rail under her own steam. Keep safe. SANT MAURICI (12) hasn't been far away in either defeat and won on debut in her other start. Ran on fairly from midfield 1st-up at Rotorua. Improver.
