SECURER (4) pinged away and bolted home in his first trial then wide the trip and was beaten a lip by Magnate in his latest trial, both in August. Kept on ice since. Take catching on debut. MAGNATE (2) won two trials over 5f before getting well back and a chequered run in the straight at Ellerslie. Green in the run but found the line OK at Otaki last start. Should be better for the experience. STYLISH (8) missed the start and did well to get home for 4th in a good 3yo maiden at Taupo on debut. Danger with better manners here. BELLASS (6) led and clung on to score at Woodville last month sandwiched between solid 3rds, all on heavy tracks. Blocked for a run and didn't have any momentum when it came last start. Can bounce back here. STATE SECRET (7) produced a big run from the back to score on debut in August but just fair efforts since. Chance if she can find her best.
