PERFECT SISTER (4) sat handy and was too good over this course and distance last time out, winning by 1.1L. This looks to shape similarly today and she looks a nice filly on the way up. Can build on the fresh effort and go back-to-back. THREE GRAND (3) just missed two back before a 0.6L win at Narrogin when closing strongly from the back of the pack. Derrick takes the ride now and she has a good record aboard the mare. Can sit a touch closer this time around and repeat the dose. GINGERQUEST (5) just missed two back at Mt Barker before tackling a Saturday race at Ascot most recently. Been freshened since then and comes here with 68 days between runs. Fiore rides and he can bounce back to his best. PRINCE (1) gets the 7lbs claimer on today and that helps. Can be in the finish again. TOP OF THE POPS (9) won't be far away.
