BEYOND A DOUBT (4) is the one to beat after resuming with a sixth at Northam where he settled rearward and picked up nicely late. His Belmont third in Open company on heavy ground before the break reads well for a Mdn. Out in trip now, but it doesn't look an issue and he looks well placed to land the knockout blow. ZESTY ZOOM (9) has more to offer than her last at Bunbury suggests, having been taken back from a wide barrier, and her debut fourth at Bunbury showed enough. Back in trip may hold the key and she can put her best foot forward. TASMAN JEWEL (5) resumes with reliable Albany credentials, including four placings from seven starts at this track, and her third behind Eternally Yours at this venue two runs ago gives her a solid platform. I LOVE LUCY A LOT (6) resumes off a long break here but trialled well coming in. Worth keeping safe. RAVIN' AVA (8) is next best.
