WEEKEND MARKET (4) rallied to travel in second after a poor start then felt the pinch in the closing stages on debut over 6f at Rosehill last start. Like her coming back to 5f in this much easier maiden. Big chance to break through. Bjorn Baker's TIGLETTA (8) is back from a six-month spell for a second campaign. Filled a minor spot at each of three runs last prep, all on the country circuit. Has trialled twice in November and looks ready for a bright return to racing. MIND BENDER (6) for Joe Pride lines up for the first time in 29 weeks. Only raced twice to date, with a fourth on debut over this distance at Gosford the pick of the runs. Probably looking for further but can sprint well while fresh. NATIONAL NEWS (7) debuts for local trainer Kim Waugh. Bolted in on 10 November in a 5f trial here. Looks up for this. Recent Warwick Farm trial winner VILLAINESS (9) for the Archibald stable also looks quite forward and is one to watch in the betting.
