Verdict

BRUTAL BELLE (11) has let punters down in her past two but has been far from disgraced, and the form around her is red hot. The 6f looks her sweet spot and she can repay the faith. KENDALIA (1) resumes and should get the strong early tempo she needs for Berry to have her rounding them up late. TB loves it that way. TUTTO FINITO (10) didn't give her rivals a sniff at Wodonga when leading throughout. She's open to further improvement but is likely to have far more company on speed this time. FORTE CHEVAL (6) resumes for the Scott yard and has been tuned up with a strong hitout on the Riverside track. Draws well for McDougall and is expected to make his presence felt. His stablemate JUST HEAR ME OUT (7) was less effective last start but his prior form stacks up. Like him dropping back to 6f off a 42 day freshen, and a tick-over 4f trial at home keeps him right on the mark. Don't dismiss easily.
