Verdict

DUPLI KATE (2) was strong through the line last start when scoring over this track and trip, showing she's capable of rounding off her races with purpose. Should relish stepping out to a mile and will be suited by the anticipated tempo. Will be tearing them down late. Waterhouse & Bott gelding FEAR NO EVIL (1) brings strong form and is sure to give another bold sight. Found a couple smarter ones last start but don't suspect this is as tough. Will take some catching. Fellow speedster JATO (3) impressed with a commanding win at Albury. Strips fitter and is trending the right way, just hoping she doesn't overdo it early. DUE CALZINI (7) hasn't been able to break through this campaign but has been closing off nicely over shorter trips. Likely to drift back again from the wide alley but will relish stepping out the mile and should be nearing peak fitness. Can play a role. COSMIC COCO (6) will be happy to see them burn along early. Can cause a late scare if close enough.
