TEN CARAT LUCY (11) has been narrowly beaten here both starts this preparation, and has been freshened. Jumps from the inside gate back in grade, and winning rider Wiggins is reunited. Nicely placed to take this out. BETTER THAN WORDS (1) sat just off the speed and fought on well to finish second when resuming at this course and distance. Found more like her best and has the blinkers on again. Maps well and has a 4lbs claim back plenty in grade. LITTLE PINKER (9) was expected to win a CL2 at Mackay, but things didn't work out. Belted a CL1 field at Thangool prior by 3L over this distance, and that's a better measure of her ability. Has a handy 4lbs claim today and can make the finish with average luck, pushing forward from an awkward gate. BOLD CHANGE (6) was heavily bet, winning a Maiden easily over 6 ½f at Mackay. Has a 4lbs claim and scope for improvement. In the mix. LONERGY (3) will be fitter again and won't be far away.
