MASTER OF WAR (4) struggled to run the 1 ¼m out when fifth at Taree in the heavy going. Finished a narrow second two-back at Wyong and can bounce back quickly today. Go close. KHARIF (2) blinkers go on for this after he did a few things wrong when jumping in trip for a poor last over 1 ³/16m at Newcastle. Fourth-up now and look for a better effort with the blinkers going on. WILL THE THINKER (10) settled well back and covered plenty of ground with an even sixth over 7f at Wagga. Ready for the 1m and the map looks much kinder today. Each way. PROPHET'S PROMISE (5) returned in good style with a fast finishing third over 6 ½f at Canberra. Ready for the 1m and shouldn't be a Maiden for long. SO SUPERIOR (7) fitter now and can sneak into the minor money.
