Verdict

Hard race with so many key runners resuming. Settled on ATTRACTIVENESS (10) who is back after a 15-week break. Consistent performer through the maiden campaign, culminating in a close fourth in a Rosehill Highway. Two trials earlier this month should have her right up to the mark. COSY CORNER (6) is back after a five-month lay-off. Loves the wet tracks with four minor placings from six tries in heavy going. Will be fitter for the run but her form at this distance reads well so keep her very safe. CHATTERLEY (4) won her maiden here last start, stalking the pace then going home a shade too well at the end of 6 ¼f. Big chance again with the race fitness edge. EMALYN (17) overcame difficulties to charge home and just miss over this distance at Gosford recently. Placed at her only try on a heavy track. Very fit and looks a serious contender. Market watch on TWISTED QUEEN (8) who returns from a 20-week spell and is a new arrival in the Joe Pride stable.
