MAJOR APPEAL (1) is yet to break through after four career starts. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 7f at Kasamatsu following a minor placing there when fresh from a spell the run prior. Won't get too many better chances to open his account. KOTORINO UTAU UTA (10) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 7f at Kasamatsu. Likely to press forward from wide out. Meeting a tougher field but on her best form she is one of the key runners. G T AMOUR (9) is having his first run since winning by 2.5 lengths two months ago over 7 ½f at Nagoya. Has transferred to the Satoshi Kokubo stable over the break. Among the chances. DIR BRAND (4) proved too strong two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when seventh over 1m at Mizusawa. Can atone.
