CORLEONE (4) was knocking on the door of a maiden win last season but just couldn't stick his nose in front. His two trials coming into this have been very good and Bowman hops back in the saddle for his return to racing. Maps to get every chance and can get the job done this time. CHAIN OF GOLD (2) stormed home from well back to finish 1.5L off the winner as a $12 chance here 21 days ago. Draws softer this time and can sit much closer in the run today. Ticking along nicely and he can end his winning drought. STORMI (11) was only fair on resumption when in the market. He's better than he showed there however and looks an improver with that run under his belt. May get back in the run but if they roll along up front,. he'll be coming home with a wet sail.
