NEBRASKAN (12) had a six-week let-up then returned with a commanding win over this course and distance last start, leading from the outset. Steps up in grade but drops 6kgs to compensate. Drawn to go forward again and will be tough to reel in. The speedy WORLD HERO (4) has won two in a row in similar races to this, the latest four weeks ago when he worked across from the same gate he draws this evening to win with authority. Getting up in the weights now but his form cannot be faulted. FORERUNNER (8) is going well with a couple of strong efforts here at this trip prior to a five-week break. Right in contention with the help of gate two. CHARMING BABE (2) has been disappointing but a key jockey switch could turn things around.
