DRACO (8) hasn't been far away his past couple, missing by 0.8L as the race favourite last start at this track and trip. He didn't have much luck there at a crucial stage and arguably should've gone close to winning. Purton remains in the saddle and with more luck this time, he can land the knockout blow. PANDA LEGEND (7) flew home over the mile at Sha Tin last time out when a $12 chance. He shouldn't be as far back today from a softer barrier and he looks well placed off that effort. Expecting him to go close. STAR BROSE (1) settled out the back last start at this course and distance and closed off well to be 1.3L off the winner. Maps to be much closer in the run this time around under Bowman and it wouldn't surprise to see him shed the maiden tag. TSUEN WAN GLORY (4) disappointed last start but was very good at Sha Tin two back. Has trialled well since and can return to form.
