THEBUCKSONYOU (1) has the hoof on the till after coming from wider barriers to place in the last two outings. Went back last start then worked home in good style to finish 1.2 metres from the winner in third at Mildura. The ace draw gives him the chance to break through. SHARP INTEREST (9) was held up when beaten less than 5 metres last start. Recorded a series of good efforts prior including a minor placing at the previous appearance at Melton. Worth another chance. OZZIE CORKA (7) draws wide but enjoys a handy class drop here. LONGTAN VIPER (6) has been solid from the back line of late and won the last time he started on the front line.
