MELFIELD SORYT (10) has the hoof on the till after finishing second in all three starts since joining Seaton Grima. Raced parked but fought on when just a neck from the winner at Penrith last time. Has to contend with a very wide draw but owns a handy strike rate at this distance. Primary contender. KRUSTY KRUNCH (6) drew wide and had to work last start so didn't do a bad job. Scored a win at this circuit and distance three back so can measure up with her A-game as can CHARLIES ACE (5) who was held up from the back row last time at Penrith and should've finished closer. Player off a win in a higher-graded race the last time she raced here. PHAR LUME (7) comes to the city with some decent form behind her including a win at Tamworth three runs ago and a second from the back row last start. Could measure up.
