PENINHAND (9) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 6 lengths away in seventh over 6 ½f at Narromine after being prominent at the bend. This is an easier assignment and has the talent to figure prominently. MAGIC ANDERSON (3) finished sixth last start over 6 ?f at Canberra Acton after racing on the pace for much of the way. Expected to be in this for a long way. ARE YA THERE (1) was beaten a nose into second at Clermont two starts ago then finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last time at Alpha. Has a high cruising speed and can measure up. LILII BOREA (8) finished 7 lengths from the winner in tenth at her most recent outing over 7f at Taree.
