OUR HUNTRESS (1) filled a minor placing at her first six starts then led all the way for a comprehensive maiden win over 6f at Eagle Farm last start. Has coped with this longer trip before. Building in confidence and is capable of taking this next step. WOOT WOOT (4) won a Doomben maiden over this distance three runs ago. Two subsequent efforts over the mile have been less impressive. Watch for a return to form with this step back in trip. EL CENTRO (2) has been in the money at both runs this prep, the latest a narrow defeat over 6f at Rockhampton. Scored third-up last time in work so can improve further. Honest filly VOSTOKOVA (5) opened this campaign with a maiden win at Ballina then found a couple better in a BM58 here at this distance last start. Very fit and should be competitive. HEROIC DELANEYS (7) has been struggling of late over longer trips. In the money at all four runs over today's journey so watch for a return to form.
