Sits at the bottom of the weights and is ready to win. DIOSA (8) returns from a spell and has switched from Chris Waller's Melbourne yard. Opened last prep with third at Sale over 7f. Placed in a trial here and the blinkers are on. Has form from better races and will be hard to beat if presented on song. HALFACHANCE (5) beaten a head resuming from a spell over 6f at Gold Coast (turf). Raced forward and is much improved. Keeps the handy 7lbs claim but today he has a wide gate to manage. Can get into the money with average luck. Ditto HE IS THE KISS (2), who resumed here and needed the run. Goes better second-up and has pieces of form that would see him competitive.
