THEBARBEROFSEVILLE (3) went well at Eagle Farm and then was beaten 1L over this trip in a 70 at Doomben. Will give away a start, but on a quick backup, he is well placed to win. ARDUOUS (12) went well at the Sunshine Coast but had to be used up to lead at Ipswich following, and she folded up. Has Lang aboard today, and with less pressure, she should be right in the finish. BLUE CHIP GIRL (4) defied a lack of market support last start, scoring by 1.5 lengths over 1m at Toowoomba. Maps well enough and has claims on that effort. BOLE LE (6) brings a well-bet sprint win from Moree. Has the inside gate and is worth a look, tackling this trip for the first time.
